Inspired by the waters that frame it, Kalea Bay was designed to reflect and respond to the natural elements that envelop this truly unique coastal community. Located west of U.S. 41 in North Naples, Kalea Bay boasts unobstructed views of Wiggins Pass and the Gulf of Mexico. Upon completion, Kalea Bay will be home to 582 residences within five towers that grace over 480 acres of land, each nestled within a gated community that feels more like a resort than a Florida waterfront project. These luxury waterfront condominiums command west and southwest views.
The community includes all of the amenities of a 5-star resort from an awe-inspiring rooftop terrace and pool to a resort-style clubhouse with a restaurant, tennis, pools, and more. Additionally, Kalea Bay will provide residents with 24 guest suites to accommodate overnight guests and family members. Kalea Bay represents a new chapter in Southwest Florida architecture highlighting sophistication and chicness.
Success in Operations
In the spring of 2017, developer Soave and Lodge Abbott Associates conducted a thorough search for a long-term partner who could provide the level of service and hospitality they advertised to future residents of this contemplated 582 residence waterfront community. Guest Services, Inc.’s diverse operating background and experience in managing ultra-luxury high-rise communities in Naples and, Master Associations in the state of Florida differentiated us from all other management companies under consideration. The tenure of our staff and core focus on hospitality and service left a lasting impression on the ownership of this magnificent community. Our company was brought in prior to the first tower’s opening allowing us to help the current owner and developer to set up vendor contracts, hire key personnel, and owner move-in procedures setting the community up for long-term success. To prevent this issue, Guest Services instituted a Hydration Station program with
fruit-infused and flavored waters to encourage residents to drink more fluids. Our focus is first and foremost the peace of mind of our residents and their families.
