Guest Services is also one of the few organizations that warehouse all necessary equipment for specialized events.

Our Expanding Portfolio
National Gallery of Art Sculpture Garden Ice Rink
Located across from the National Archives, the National Gallery of Art Sculpture Garden Ice Rink welcomes thousands of skaters annually. Its gorgeous location in the heart of the outdoor Sculpture Garden, surrounded by nationally recognized artwork, has earned it a reputation as one of the best outdoor ice rink experiences in the D.C. metropolitan area.
Jazz in the Garden
For decades, our team has hosted free Friday evening concerts that welcome massive audiences. In conjunction with the National Gallery of Art, our team offers food and beverages for sale (including locally beloved sangria); coordinates the live music; and maintains pre-, during-, and post-show operations.
Oktoberfest at Bear Mountain
With authentic German music, food, and beer, and a great atmosphere, our Bear Mountain Oktoberfest is one of the most celebrated annual events in the area. Every year, the event welcomes thousands of guests at Anthony Wayne Recreation Area in New York with fully stocked party wagons featuring a variety of locally-sourced beer, mobile food carts with delicious fan-favorite items, and local bands known for their exceptional Volksmusik.
Citi Open
For more than 25 years, our team has brought exceptional hospitality and branded food service concepts to the Citi Open tennis tournament. At customized tents, we serve a wide variety of food options, from our Southeast Asian cuisine, “Thai Breaker,” to pizza. Through specifically cultivated partnerships with Banfi Wines and Founding Farmers distillery, we’ve offered a variety of specialty cocktails and beverages created just for this event.

Other events we’ve worked on include: rock, pop, soul, and opera concerts; the Lotus & Water Lily Festival at Kenilworth Aquatic Gardens; the Rock the Ridge concert series at Giants Ridge in Minnesota; POS deployment at the DC PRIDE Festival; the Marine Corps and Nation’s Triathlons; the annual National Christmas Tree Lighting concert; the annual Earth Day festival; the annual Fourth of July fireworks on the National Mall; the annual Smithsonian Folklife Festival; presidential inaugural balls; US Department of State events; the World War II Memorial dedication; the inauguration of President Barack Obama; and more.
