Government Facilities
Our initial mission in 1917 was to feed those who were supporting the war effort during WWI. More than 100 years later, we still provide fresh and unique menus to government dining facilities nationwide. Our experience serving government clients is unparalleled, and we provide a proven understanding of—and compliance with—unique contracts and reporting requirements.

Concessions
We operate food concessions at some of America’s most cherished public lands. Our refreshment kiosks on the National Mall in Washington, D.C., offer both innovative and traditional casual food and beverage options, including our FitPicks℠ menu of healthy selections. Additionally, we operate hikers’ cafes, restaurants, and mobile food options at treasured lands such as Mount Rainier National Park.
